Mom’s Burekas is a bakery that has preserved its original character for thirty years. The owners wanted to upgrade and renovate the site, as a step toward forming a food chain. Accordingly, industrial elements and images of behind-the-scenes pastry chefs’ work in the production facility are highlighted.
